The company.
DRONA sells design software for flying machines. You describe the job and get a priced parts list, 3D renders, compatibility checks and flight specs, for multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL and underwater machines.
Its customers are drone engineers and designers in agriculture, solar and infrastructure inspection, and public safety.
The arrangement.
DRONA is the first company Morna runs end to end. The founders build the product. Morna holds the four seats around it: chief executive, marketing, operations and finance.
Morna runs a nightly scan for DRONA. Research findings cite their sources, and every drafted move waits in the founders' morning brief. Every decision is still theirs.

What the pilot taught us.
The first nights aimed at the wrong business. The workspace described DRONA with one word, “drone”, so the team researched survey and mapping work for a company that sells design software.
The fix went into the product: every workspace now starts from what the company sells, in the owner's words.
The numbers.
Results are published here, with their sources, when the pilot's first quarter closes. Not before.
