Morna brings the work of whole departments (sales, marketing, customers, operations and finance) to companies run by their owners, and leaves the decisions with the owner.

So we build Morna to be checked, not believed. Every figure opens to the evidence behind it, every send waits for the owner’s yes, and every proposal, approval and action goes into a record that shows any tampering.

- Sourced, or never called proof.A figure that cannot trace to its source is never shown as proof, and a projection is labelled.
- Earned, one kind at a time.Internal work runs on its own only where the owner has granted it, and the floor never moves.
- Honest about quiet nights.We would rather report a quiet night than pad the brief.
- Named specialists, not a faceless service.Each specialist has a name and a job, and seats fill only where there is real work.
- One company, one vault.Each company's data is kept apart in the database itself, and the owner can erase all of it, with a receipt.
How we build.
We run Morna on a real company first, and judge every change by what its founders would open the next morning.
DRONA, which sells design software for flying machines, is the first company Morna runs end to end, since August 2026. When its first nights researched the wrong kind of work, the fix went into the product: every workspace now starts from what the company sells, in the owner’s words.
